Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, excluding public holidays. All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery times and dates may vary.

Delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is correct; we cannot change it once the order is placed. We cannot deliver to freight forwarders or PO boxes.

Rates

Free delivery on orders over €50. Standard delivery €5 below that. DHL Express worldwide: €25, 1–3 business days. Postal: €15, 5–16 business days.

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once your order ships.

We are currently unable to ship to Russia.

Customs, duties and taxes

EU orders are not subject to import duties, fees or taxes. Some countries apply strict customs checks that unavoidably impose import taxes. All parcels are declared at €10–15, well below the taxable threshold in most countries. Any import charges are payable by the recipient. GOLOKA is not liable for duties, taxes or fees arising from importing our products. International returns initiated because of a refusal to pay duties and taxes are subject to a €30 restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
