FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Quick answers about delivery, returns, sizing and tracking your order.
Standard delivery is 5–16 business days by post, or 1–3 business days with DHL Express worldwide. All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday.
Delivery is free on orders over €50. Below that, standard delivery is €5. DHL Express worldwide costs €25 (1–3 business days); postal delivery costs €15 (5–16 business days).
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item for a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, untorn and unwashed, with original tags and invoice attached.
We do not currently offer exchanges. Once we receive your return we issue store credit as an e-gift-card code, which you can use to reorder.
EU orders are not subject to import duties. Outside the EU, some countries apply customs checks that may impose import taxes, payable by the recipient; GOLOKA is not liable for these charges.
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also check your order status on our Track your order page.
