TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Who we are

golokawear.eu is operated by GOLOKA PRO EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders and contract

Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy the products in your basket. A contract of sale is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, mispriced, or we suspect fraud; if we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods offered on the site.

4. Delivery

Delivery rates and timeframes are set out on our Shipping page. In summary: delivery is free on orders over €50, and €5 on orders below that threshold; express and postal options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel (14-day withdrawal right)

If you are a consumer ordering from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@golokawear.eu before the 14-day period expires. Goods must be returned in line with our Returns & Exchanges policy — unworn, untorn, unwashed, with original tags and invoice attached. We will refund you or issue store credit as described on that page. This withdrawal right does not affect your separate statutory rights as a consumer in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Full details of our returns process, timeframes and courier options are set out on our Returns & Exchanges page. We do not currently offer direct exchanges; returned items are refunded or converted to store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.

7. Product descriptions and sizing

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including colour, materials and sizing. Minor variations may occur due to screen display or manufacturing. Please check our size guide before ordering; sizing queries can be sent to contact@golokawear.eu before you order.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to GOLOKA PRO EOOD and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters which cannot legally be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Subject to that, our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for import duties, taxes or fees arising from international deliveries, as set out on our Shipping page.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law and the applicable EU consumer protection legislation, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the competent Bulgarian courts or, for EU consumers, to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
